By accessing or using this Website, including any interaction with the smart contracts it interfaces with, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). 1. General Use & Acceptance

1.1 By accessing and using SmartContractBets.XYZ, connecting a Web3 wallet, placing bets, or interacting with on-chain contracts via our interface, you agree to these Terms and any future revisions.

1.2 You confirm that you are of legal age and that online betting is permitted in your jurisdiction. SmartContractBets.XYZ does not offer legal guidance regarding gambling regulations in your country. It is solely your responsibility to comply with local laws.

1.3 Use of VPNs or similar methods to circumvent geo-restrictions is strictly prohibited.

2. Jurisdictional Restrictions

SmartContractBets.XYZ does not provide services to users located in or residents of countries where online gambling is prohibited by law, including but not limited to:
USA, Russia, China, North Korea, Iran, and any other country where crypto betting is restricted.

We reserve the right to block access or interaction with smart contracts in these jurisdictions without prior notice.

3. Decentralized Wallet Use & Token Transactions

3.1 To participate, users must connect a non-custodial wallet (e.g., MetaMask) to the Website. All bets are placed directly via smart contracts using supported ERC-20 tokens.

3.2 All wallet funds must originate from lawful sources. No transactions may be reversed once confirmed on-chain.

3.3 You acknowledge that:

• Funds used for betting are your own.

• No refunds are possible due to the nature of blockchain transactions.

• SmartContractBets.XYZ cannot retrieve or reverse transactions or control smart contract behavior post-execution.

3.4 All gas fees are borne by the user, including those incurred during withdrawals or error resolution.

4. Betting Rules

By placing any bet, you agree to the platform’s Betting Rules, available on the Website. These cover market resolution, odds mechanics, bet settlement, and dispute handling based on decentralized oracles and Azuro Protocol logic.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent or manipulative activity (e.g., bots, multiple accounts).

• Use the Website for money laundering or other criminal conduct.

• Share sensitive user data, exploit vulnerabilities, or disrupt platform functionality.

• Post harmful, abusive, or unlawful content.

Suspicious activity will result in the restriction or permanent denial of access. The DAO may report violations to appropriate authorities.

6. Smart Contract Errors & Disputes

In rare cases, smart contract or oracle errors may occur. These include mispriced odds, incorrect event outcomes, or betting failures. If such issues arise:

• The DAO may void affected bets.

• Users who knowingly exploit such issues may be permanently barred.

• No winnings based on known errors will be honored.

All settlements rely on smart contract logic and third-party oracles. The DAO has no influence over market outcomes.

7. Refunds & Chargebacks

All bets are final and non-refundable once submitted. As a decentralized platform, SmartContractBets.XYZ does not custody funds and cannot process chargebacks. You assume full responsibility for any losses incurred.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and underlying technology on the Website is the property of the DAO or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reuse any materials without express permission. Third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

You use this Website and related services at your own risk. The DAO and its contributors:

• Provide no guarantees regarding continuous access, system performance, or win outcomes.

• Are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

• Cannot compensate for issues resulting from smart contract behavior, third-party services, or technical errors.

• Total liability shall not exceed 100 USDC.

10. User Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the DAO, its contributors, affiliates, and partners from any legal claims, losses, or damages resulting from:

• Your violation of these Terms.

• Your illegal use of the platform.

• Any disputes over wallet ownership or unauthorized access.

11. Modifications

These Terms may be updated periodically. Updates will be posted publicly on the Website. Continued use of SmartContractBets.XYZ constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

12. Privacy

13. Final Provisions

• These Terms are governed by international decentralized principles rather than any specific jurisdiction.

• If any clause is deemed unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain valid.
